Erik has been a Lake Tahoe resident since 2003 when joining his family building homes in South Lake Tahoe. With a background in accounting and taxation, Erik naturally transitioned to helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate dreams when obtaining his real estate license in 2006.

Although he has a no-pressure approach, he brings his attention-to-detail to ensure every stage of the Real Estate process to best serve his client’s personal goals. Erik is sure to incorporate his experience & training in business management, accounting, tax, and real estate development, negotiation skills, organization, and local contacts to benefit your needs.
