Giving Back To Our Local Communities

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties has always had a strong commitment to giving back to the communities we serve. A significant part of that commitment is the Drysdale Community Foundation. This foundation is run, directed, and funded by our selling agents, not by our management team.

At the close of each transaction our agents make a minimum commitment of $10. Many of our agents commit to giving even more. We collect these contributions throughout the year. In the fall of each year, we ask our agents to nominate local organizations that would benefit from a cash grant, and the grants are awarded in February of the following year. To date, we have donated over $600,000 to dozens of community support organizations, and we look forward to helping more in the future.

The Drysdale Community Foundation is now accepting applications for 2025 grants. Apply before December 31, 2024 to be considered. Grant winners will be selected and announced in Spring 2025.

Each day, the organization supports up to 270 formerly homeless women and children as they work to overcome the deep-seated challenges and behaviors that have turned into crisis and trauma.
