Tracy is a Maryland native and Virginia Tech graduate. But, like many longtime locals, she is a Lake Tahoe girl through and through. After moving to the area in 1997, she enthusiastically embraced the lifestyle – working, living, and breathing everything that makes Lake Tahoe the nirvana it is. From white knuckle, no-fear adventures to living and cultivating luxury lifestyles, Tracy exemplifies everything the Sierra Nevada stands for.

Tracy began selling resort real estate in Squaw Valley in 2005 and her career flourished. Her varied experience and extensive knowledge of the area’s geography, neighborhoods, backcountry, beaches, slopes, and lesser-known hotspots makes her an asset to anyone moving to the area. A licensed realtor in both California and Nevada, her primary goal is to help people’s dreams comes true. While friends commend her on her tenacity, she attributes her success to the belief that achievements aren't merely transactions, but a unique journey that leads home.
