I have 22 years as a licensed agent starting in 2000 with Prudential California Realty with a focus on Residential Real Estate. I became a Realtor when in 1998 I bought a house and the Realtor I used disappeared leaving me to fend for myself. I negotiated his commission for my closing cost from his manager. After that I enrolled in West Valley College RE courses. As a single mom, I was able to earn what was needed to raise my 2 children on my own, thanks to my real estate income. It has been such a blessing to be given the opportunity to represent so many really wonderful people achieve their real estate goals. To buy the family home; to invest for the future; or create financial security through real estate. I hope to continue for many years to come. This is a tangible way to help others and it is very hard work but is very rewarding when you accomplish these goals.
