Shaban has seen the full range of transaction issues and knows how to address them. As an attorney, Shaban was responsible for transactions as large as $700M. As a developer, he is able to advise his clients on how to get the property that can best be configured to their tastes while maximizing the investment potential. Shaban takes pride in delivering the best properties and terms for his clients, working directly with them without handing off tasks to assistants.
Shaban is an active member of his community; supporting Drew School and Battery Powered. In his spare time, Shaban likes to surf, golf and DJ.
