With a career rooted in real estate since 1985, I began as a loan processing officer and advanced to a senior processor, later becoming a real estate appraiser in 1989. During the 1995 downturn, I transitioned to a full-time real estate agent, expertly guiding buyers and sellers. My experience encompasses foreclosure services, broker price opinions, and assisting families with inherited properties. I've facilitated first-time homebuyer seminars and support investors in rehabbing distressed homes. As a 5-star Airbnb host and licensed residential care home administrator, I pride myself on my slogan: "Assisting real people with real needs in real estate." I understand that clients value the care I provide above all else.
