I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase, sale or lease of income property, commercial property, and businesses within the San Francisco Bay Area. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local zoning, city planning, and permitting. I have managed over 600,000 square feet of property and have completed sale, purchase, and lease transactions totaling over $300,000,000 worth of property over 28 years. Licensed since 1990.
